Are you affiliated with another health fund/mutual insurance company?

Good news! Several health insurers in Belgium recognize the added value of digital health apps and therefore refund €20 per year since SkinVision is part of the Belgian mHealth pyramid*. If you are a member of CM, VNZ, Liberale Mutualiteit or Partenamut, you will be reimbursed the full €20 annual subscription of SkinVision!
To receive the refund, provide the proof of payment from SkinVision to your health insurance company. See below for more information on the reimbursement process of your specific health insurance company.
(*) mHealth Belgium is the Belgian federal government platform that screens health applications based on a number of quality requirements to include them in the mHealth pyramid.

CM provides a refund of up to €20 per calendar year on the service purchase and subscription cost of medical apps.
What are the conditions?

  • You are a member of CM
  • The medical app is recognized by mHealth Belgium (SkinVision is recognized)
  • Costs were incurred on or after 1 January 2023

How do you receive the refund?
Provide proof of payment of the app’s subscription fee via the CM letterbox or My CM app.
This proof contains:

  • User name
  • Name app
  • Payment date
  • Amount paid

You can find your proof of payment in the mail you received from SkinVision after your purchase. The mail is called “Your invoice from SkinVision”.

As a member of the Liberale Mutualiteit, you will receive reimbursement of up to €20 a year
for medical apps.
What are the conditions?

  • You are a member of the Liberale Mutualiteit
  • The application must be recognized by mHealth Belgium (SkinVision is recognized)

VNZ provides a reimbursement in the purchase or subscription costs of medical apps in the context of prevention or rehabilitation. You get up to €20 per medical app prescribed by a doctor or recognized by mHealth Belgium (max. €20 per calendar year and per person).

What are the conditions?

  • You are a member of the VNZ
  • The app is recognised by mHealth Belgium (SkinVision is recognised)
  • The amount of the allowance can never exceed the price paid

How do you receive a refund?
